To the Editor:
Again the Missions Boards of Faith United Methodist Church and First Congregational UCC?want to thank the community for their response to our annual old-fashioned ice cream social held recently. The proceeds from the freewill offering went to UDMO and the Ecumenical Human Needs Committee - both groups provide services to those in need in our community.
We would like to thank the Daily Freeman-Journal and KQWC for the excellent publicity they gave to this event. And, of course, a thank you to the Webster City Community Theatre for providing great entertainment which was enjoyed by all.
