Gerald and Sandra Oaks, of Webster City, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Gerald Kent Oaks and Sandra Sue Baldwin were married June 24, 1962 at the Farrar Methodist Church in Farrar.
They are the parents of three children: Andrea (David) Lowe, of Brooklyn Park, Minn.; Donna (Martin) McCormick, of Brooklyn Park, Minn.; and Steven (Anna) Oaks, of Waterloo. They have eight grandchildren.
They couple moved from Waterloo to Webster City in 1994 where Gerald was employed by Electrolux.
