Two of the individuals featured on the first Crime Stoppers Most Wanted poster, featured in Tuesday's Daily Freeman-Journal, were apprehended Tuesday just hours after the poster debuted, according to the Webster City Police Department.
Terry Weiner was picked up and taken to the jail. He is held on $21,0000 worth of warrants stemming from a charge of operation without owner's consent.
Emma Breon was arrested at the Webster City Police Department on warrants for violation of probation, revocation of probation for child endangerment and revocation of probation for forgery and identity theft. She was booked into the Hamilton County Jail. Two warrants have bond amounts of $10,000 each and one warrant is no bond.
