Don and Pat (Markwardt) Nokes, of Webster City, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
The couple were united in marriage on June 3, 1962, at the Church of Christ in Webster City.
The couple have three children: son Donovan and friend Nancy; son Jeff and wife Connie; and son Mike and wife Stephanie.

They have seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The couple's children will be holding an open house for the couple from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 3 at The Bridge, located at 905 Des Moines St.
