To the board members, administrators and staffs of the Northeast Hamilton and Webster City school districts, I offer my thanks and congratulations for the way you handled the talks leading to the just signed sharing agreement.
It is obvious that, as you should, you kept the interests and well-being of the students foremost in your negotiations.
