Senior citizens are living longer these days. In order to stay healthy and keep an active mind, we are happy to have such a meeting place (the senior center).
The center offers Congregate Meals (Elderbridge program) for those who need it. Plus, other activities such as playing cards and Bingo.
This is a great place for seniors to gather. It's accessible for those who have trouble getting around and also has plenty of easy parking.
I thank the city for giving us this place and hope it continues. They say you can tell a city that prospers by the way they take care of their senior citizens.
