Ryan and Abby Foley, of Dubuque, are the parents of a daughter, Lauren Judith Foley, born March 31, 2012, at Finley Hospital in Dubuque. She weighed 7 lbs., 13 oz. and was 21 inches long.

Great-grandparents are Dorothy Foley, Webster City, and Michael Simon, Millville.
