The City of Webster City Recreation and Public Grounds Department have announced that the city parks will be officially open for the season on Monday.
Official park hours are from sunrise to 10 p.m. daily. In addition to the park shelters and public restrooms (at Riverside Park and West Twin Parks), the campgrounds at Riverside Park will also be open.
