Rosey Ubben, of Blairsburg, will be celebrating her 60th birthday on Friday, March 23.
She and her husband Robert Ubben have a daughter, Robin Ubben Kennedy, son-in-law Mike Kennedy and two granddaughters, all of Ames.
Her family will be hosting a surprise party for her in Blairsburg City Hall from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday. It is a come-and-go party.
