Wallace W. Barkema, of Jewell, age 70, passed away peacefully, Monday, March 5, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 9th at 10:30 a.m. at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Jewell. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 8 from 4:30pm 7 p.m. at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell. Becker Funeral and Cremation Service of Jewell has been entrusted with Wally and his family.
