Velma R. Mathis, 88, of Webster City, died Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the Southfield Wellness Community. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with Rev. Chuck DeClean officiating. Burial will follow in the Cass Township Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and prior to services on Saturday.
