The Fort Dodge Correctional Facility has announced that Butch Weber is one of the recipients of the January 2012 FDCF Employee Spotlight Award.
This monthly award was established to recognize individuals, who have performed outstanding work, demonstrated a commitment to a team atmosphere, participated in a major accomplishment, or is/was involved in a project or event in the operation of the facility or in the community.
Weber began his career with the Department of Corrections at FDCF on Feb. 9, 1998 as a Storekeeper 3.

The co-worker who nominated him said, "Butch is always very helpful with assisting in relocating equipment and is pleasant to work with. He is helpful to all departments at FDCF and responds quickly. He works to get projects completed and where there is an immediate need Butch sees to it that he gets his part done. "
