Wayne Clare Neese, 92, of Webster City, died Monday, January 9, 2012 at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Rev. David Simonson officiating. Burial will follow in the Graceland Cemetery. Graveside military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post #191 of Webster City. A visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center, and prior to the service on Thursday at the church.
