Vern and Debra Alexander, of Webster City, will be celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday.
Vern Alexander and Debra Bordwell were married on Sept. 25, 1971, at the Church of Christ, in Webster City.
The couple have three children: Lesa Moore, of Webster City; Tina Kinlein, Mystic, Conn.; and Lana Alexander, of Kamrar. They have four grandchildren.
