Fern Richardson, of Webster City, will celebrate her 90th birthday in August.
Her children invite her friends, family and neighbors to celebrate with her at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday in the dining room at Crestview Apartments.
She has three children, Jane Montgomery, Jim Richardson and Sue Halverson. Richardson has 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
