Connie Dally, of Webster City, will celebrate her 90th birthday on July 26.
She was born on July 26, 1921, in rural Hamilton County to Fred and AnnaBelle (Powell) Osborn. She married Elzy Dally on Dec. 4, 1937.
Her family includes her 5 sons: Ronnie Dally, of Marion, Ky.; Bob and Fran Dally, of Stratford; Jim and Nancy Dally, of Joshua, Texas; Chuck and Mary Dally, of Lady Lake, Fla.; and Claude and Vicky Dally, of Stratford; She has 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
