Jim and Vicki Olson of True Value Hardware Store in Webster City used the big scissors to cut the ribbon to mark the grand reopening of their store Friday. The Olsons expanded the downtown store, adding about 2,500-square-feet and about 40 percent more inventory. The business had special discounts and drawings throughout the weekend.
