To the editor:
The City Council did the right thing by passing the sump pump fix, but they need to finish it.
All this water draining into the streets is providing conditions for a major mosquito population. Plus, we'll have an ice skating rink on a lot of streets this next winter.
Maybe the water could be draining into homeowners' yards?
