Tracy Luvern Stoner, 70, former Webster County resident, passed away April 12, 2011 at the hospital in Bristol, TN. A memorial gathering to celebrate Tracy's life will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Baptist Church in Stratford, IA. Come visit with the family and share a memory with them. At 3 p.m. the family will proceed to the Oakwood Cemetery, for a private burial. Condolences may be sent to The Stoners at 500 So.
