To the Editor:
It is my understanding that there will be a changing of the guard for the Avenue of Flags at Graceland Cemetery come Memorial Day.
A big thanks and a pat on the back is in order for Harold Martin for the great job he has done these many years.
The beautiful flags at Memorial Day are certainly one of Webster City's proudest moments.
