Arnold Balsley Jr., of Webster City, will celebrate his 80th birthday on Tuesday.
He was born Feb. 1, 1931.
Balsley and his wife, the late Julie Balsley, have four children: Becky Dixon, the late Rod Balsley, Randy Balsley and Rick Balsley.
