The couple plan to marry on May 28, 2011.
The bride's parents are Ken and Rusty Bever, of Webster City.

Bever is a graduate of Webster City High School and Iowa State University. She currently is employed by Clinique/Younkers.
Rupiper is a graduate of Carroll Kuemper High School and Western Iowa Tech. He is currently employed by the city of Windsor Heights.
