Analisa Reveiz Haberman, D.O., a family practice medicine specialist with Mercy Family Clinic - Regency, Mason City, has been appointed by Gov. Chet Culver to serve as a member of the Iowa Board of Medicine. Dr. Haberman began her three-year term on May 1, after being confirmed by the Iowa Senate.
The Iowa Board of Medicine safeguards the public health, safety and welfare by regulating physicians. The 10-member board is comprised of seven practicing physicians and three members of the public.
Dr. Haberman began her practice at Mercy Family Clinic in Mason City in 2000 after completing her Family Practice Residency, also in Mason City.

A 1988 graduate of Webster City High School, she earned her medical degree from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, Mo., in 1997. She is the daughter of Dr. Ed and Paulette Reveiz, a long-time Webster City physician now retired.
