Employees of Black Hills Energy (formerly Aquila) conduct a community service project immediately south of the Bank Street Bridge on Wednesday, Oct. 8. The top employees of the company, known as the “Extended Leadership Team”, meet twice and year to discuss possible improvements in the company. In addition to having meetings, the group spends an afternoon working on a community service project in the town where they meet.
