Giving a helping hand

October 13, 2008
The Daily Freeman Journal
Employees of Black Hills Energy (formerly Aquila) conduct a community service project immediately south of the Bank Street Bridge on Wednesday, Oct. 8. The employees are, from left, Tony Engling, Dave Pauling and Lynn Manske. In the photo, the three men are collecting mulch to spread around neighboring trees in a property owned by the city. The top employees of the company, known as the “Extended Leadership Team”, meet twice and year to discuss possible improvements in the company. In addition to having meetings, the group spends an afternoon working on a community service project in the town where they meet.
