"The goal of our STAR program is to build our agent's customer service and sales skills so they can better serve their clients." said State Auto President Robert Restrepo. "Those that have completed this program really are our STARs and we are proud to have agents of this caliber completing this training and representing State Auto in Iowa."
Even though the initial program is completed, State Auto sales personnel will continue to work closely with our STARs in developing a seamless sales process that goes from determining the client's needs to constructing an individualized coverage program for them. "This program was designed to take the agent's basic skills and enhance them so they can better serve their customers." Restrepo added.
