Van Hauen’s leadership skill development started early with the mentoring and care of his parents, Lawrence and Sandy Van Hauen, who still reside in Webster City.
His experiences range from the family hog farm and construction business to serving as a military officer overseas and a practicing registered nurse (RN) in an occupational setting.
His HR career has taken him into progressively higher roles in the automotive, agricultural and manufacturing industries. Van Hauen lives with his wife and their three children in Edwardsville, IL.
