Hamilton County SEED Board of Directors today unveiled a new web site for the economic development organization. Executive Director Catherine Bergman discussed the site ( <> ) with the board at their regular monthly meeting. Its features include many components from the previous site such as a calendar of events, available buildings and community highlights. Newly added sections include audio tours of mills that operated in the county and stagecoach stops throughout the county as well as photos and information about barn quilts that appear throughout the rural areas.

On Hold Productions, a Webster City company coordinated the design of the new site to compliment the Visitors Guide produced by S.E.E.D. Not only the color palette, but also the layout mimics other S.E.E.D. publications. “Visitors to the site will be able to request information, download loan applications and learn more about Hamilton County,” said Bergman.
