With hectic lives and busy days, convenience is important to most people. Finding time to incorporate exercise into the day can be difficult, but Snap Fitness lets customers work out on their own schedule. Snap Fitness, 902 Seneca St., is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, according to manager Diane Lenning. The gym, which has been open for about five years, has a wide variety of equipment for every fitness regimen. “We have treadmills, exercise bikes and steppers,” according to Lenning. “Arc trainers are also popular, and will actually burn twice as many calories as the treadmill. These machines are also easy on the knees.” Patrons can catch their favorite television programs while they work out by tuning in an FM headset. Televisions are positioned above each of the treadmills and arc trainers. Free weights and weight machines are available for those wishing to do strength trainin.
