The annual Fuller Hall Halloween Party is Saturday at Fuller Hall, 625 Bank St., Webster City. The party is from 10 a.m. until noon. Kids 12 and under can enjoy the party by participating in games, crafts, face painting and trick-or-treating. This is a free event.
