Webster City High School seniors Isabelle Hooker and Tucker Judkins were crowned the queen and king of the 2019 Winterfest in a ceremony held Monday afternoon at the Prem Sahai Auditorium.
The coronation ceremony featured skits by students and faculty, dance routines by the Webster City High School cheerleaders and a musical selection by students Kyle Cheng, Jake Lahr, Charlotte Judkins and Tucker Judkins.
