St. Thomas students raise money for the American Heart Association
Students at St. Thomas Aquinas School in Webster City took time out from their studies Thursday afternoon to take part in Jump Rope for Heart, benefiting the American Heart Association. Youngsters
worked their way through the obstacle course, shot hoops, and jumped rope. Throughout the afternoon, the students worked their way through several different activity stations, with teachers and parent volunteers assisting. School officials said the students raised $7,000 for the annual event.
