Training for VITA is Dec. 2

People interested in becoming a volunteer tax preparers in the VITA program in Hamilton or Wright County will have a training session on Saturday. These volunteers take part in training, and then work with a team of other volunteers to prepare straightforward tax returns for low and moderate income individuals and families.

An orientation session for new VITA volunteers is planned for Saturday, Dec. 2 in Clarion. If you are interested, contact Barb Wollan of ISU Extension and Outreach at 832-9597 or to learn more.
