Cearley, Swenson marry

Ashley and Tyler Swenson

Ashley Nicole Cearley daughter of Chad and Meggan Cearley of Alden and Sena and Jim Sumpter of Missouri, and Tyler Swenson, son of Rob and Pam Swenson of Williams, were united in marriage on July 9, 2016 at the Community Church of Kamrar with Pastor Mike Mentzer officiating.

Grandparents of the couple are Sandy and Frank Cearley of Alden, Chuck and Vicki Steen of Alden, Sherri Klein of Illinois, Steve Klein of Alden, and Marilyn and Bob Rieks of Story City.

Natalie Mosch, friend of the couple, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Nicole Zoske, Jenna Pierce, Kali Adams, Morgan Clouse, Elizabeth Swenson and Courtney Meyer, all friends of the couple. Junior bridesmaids were Alexis Cearley, Katie Cearley, Larissa Ornelas, and Elaiyna Ornelas, all sisters of the bride. Olivia Mitchell, friend of the couple, was the flower girl.

Kevin Schimp, friend of the couple, was the best man. Groomsmen were Ryan Swenson and Collin Swenson, brothers of the groom, and Nate Adams, Corey Hassebrock, Trey Seiser and Jacob Vaughn, all friends of the couple. Ushers were Dylan Hoelscher and Ethan Krieger, friends of the couple and Stephen Tripp, cousin of the bride. Ring bearers were William Tapscott, Daxon Hansen and Dane Hansen, all cousins of the bride.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of Iowa Falls-Alden High School. She earned her B.S. Degree at Iowa State University in Child, Adult and Family Services with an option of children and is currently employed as a preschool teacher at University Community Childcare in Ames. The groom is a 2010 graduate of Northeast Hamilton High School. The groom earned his AA degree from Ellsworth Community College and is currently helping operate the family farm.

The couple honeymooned in Gatlinburg and Nashville, Tennessee and are now making their home in Williams.
