Cass Red Cardinals

On Jan. 15, the Cass Red Cardinals held a meeting at the Hamilton County Extension Office.

The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Alley Odland. Roll Call was answered by members indicating, “What was your New Years resolution?” The treasurer’s report was read by Reese Casey. The secretary’s report was read by Fallon Casey.

In old business we talked about the 2016-2017 Programs, Re-enrollment reminders, and Beef project weigh ins. In new business we talked about Junior Fun Day on Jan. 29, Flex Stem Day on Jan. 27, FSQA Trainings on Jan. 28, and Archery Shoots at the Hamilton County Fair Grounds.

The 4-H pledge was lead by Fallon Casey. We had 3 presentations. Joslin Gourley and Madeline Teague informed us on how to make a Garden Sprinkler. Carly Appel and Shelby Brim showed us the difference between Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt, and Gelato. Finally Olivia Gallentine showed us how her cool robots work, and defined what a robot is.

The hostesses were Shelby Brim and Carly Appel.
